Drop-In Policies
Please familiarize yourself with our drop-in policies.
You must have at least 3 months of experience at a registered CrossFit Affiliate.
You must adhere to our waiver policies.
You must reserve a spot in class or open gym ahead of time.
You must be 18+ years of age to attend our adult classes.
