Your Path To The Podium
For those driven to compete, Landmark Barbell Club serves as your launching pad to the podium. Beyond the physical training, we help you sharpen the mental edge crucial for thriving under the spotlight. Through goal-setting and regular evaluations, we prepare you for the intense moments that define competition day. By the time you step onto the platform, you’ll have the confidence and poise that come from a program designed to foster both personal records and podium finishes.
We provide 4 hours of in-person coaching & supervision on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (4:00pm-8:00pm). You’re free to attend these sessions at any time. The programming for each day usually takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. On top of this, you’ll receive all-day access to open gym as well as several other member perks.
