Olympic Weightlifting involves two lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk, which require explosive movement and full-body engagement. This unique and exciting sport requires skill, focus, and determination. The thrill of lifting heavy weights and the satisfaction of achieving a personal best can be incredibly rewarding. It also provides an opportunity to compete and challenge yourself against others, either individually or as part of a team.
Our mission is to ignite the spark within you and fuel your journey towards weightlifting excellence. With Landmark Barbell Club, you'll be empowered to conquer new heights, smash personal records, and redefine what you thought was possible.
Our High Performance Olympic Weightlifting program includes programming from some of Canada's brightest Olympic weightlifting coaches. We provide 3 hours of in-person coaching & supervision on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (4:30pm-7:30pm). You're free to attend these sessions at any time. The programming for each day usually takes approx 1.5 hours to complete. On top of this, you'll receive all-day access to open gym as well as several other member perks (listed below).
